CAREER SUMMARY

I have broad, intensive, and extensive experience as a transactional, trial and appellate lawyer, emphasizing general business; business organization, reorganization, and dissolution; real estate; estates and trusts; labor and employment; and secured and unsecured financing. I began my career in 1964 as an associate at a large San Francisco law firm, Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro. I was a partner in 2 to 12 lawyer general practice firms in San Francisco from 1971 to 1999. I have been a sole practitioner in San Francisco since 1999. My office is in the 15 lawyer San Francisco office of Hinshaw & Culbertson, a national law firm with its principal office in Chicago. I have access to the staff of the firm for support as needed.
