Attorney Aquino is a graduate of Loyola Law School, a nationally recognized ABA-approved law school which consistently ranks in the top quarter of all law schools in the country for academic and scholastic reputation. He is an active member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), the Labor & Employment Law Section of LACBA and is the 2001 President of the Philippine American Bar Association.

Attorney Aquino has extensive experience handling a variety of lawsuits. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts.

Aside from his own practice, Attorney Aquino volunteers as an arbitrator to the Los Angeles Superior Court. He also serves as a volunteer attorney to the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, Asian Pacific American Legal Center and Harriet Buhai Legal Center.
