I made two payments to Zwicker & Associates for a personal debt, however the wrong social security numbers were noted on the check. On December 27th I contacted the office to pay the account in full and was told that the two payments had not been credited to my account. It is going on 4 months and the matter has not been resolved. I keep getting shoved from one person to another with no one having an answer.

I had sent a letter 2 weeks ago with the final payment for my credit card debt being handled by this company.I asked them to send me a letter stating the debt was paid in full and to send a letter to the credit bureaus and to rescind a lien on my property.I have not heard one thing from them

I paid off my personal debt to them back in 2007 and received a letter stating paid in full. Now I have another company trying to collect the same debt that was paid off to Zwicker 3 years ago. When I called Zwicker they told me they do not have me on file. This is unbelievable that the debt collector would not help and told me to call my credit card company. Why would I call them when I clearly paid Zwicker in FULL and have a letter of confirmation from ZWICKER stating it was paid in full!
