The office is located in the Executive Suites at 19 Old Town Square, which is immediately east of College, between Walnut and Mountain. Walk into the pedestrian area of Old Town Square, look for the fountain and the stage. Behind the stage, door No. 19 has a large brass plaque with the number on it. Above the door, a sign says "19 Old Town Square". At the top of the stairs, tell the receptionist who you wish to see, and she will contact me on the intercom.
If you need elevator access, there are two elevators, one behind the restaurant at the east end of Trimble Court Alley and one off Walnut, just north of "The Right Card". When you get off either of the elevators, there are plaques on the walls directing toward the receptionist, but the hallways are confusing. Don't hesitate to ask in any office for directions to the receptionist.
