The receptionist is an employee of Old Town Square Properties, but she is authorized to accept delivery of packages from delivery services and hand-deliveries from couriers and clients. SHE IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT SERVICE OF PROCESS. I usually check with the receptionist a couple of times a day for any deliveries that come in.

The fax number (970 221-2277) is on 24 hours a day, weekdays only. On weekends, the fax line switches to voice mail to reduce junk faxes.
