David Serna was upset that I expressed displeasure with the way something was handled at the beginning of the case. After that he took my money (approximately $8000) and did absolutely nothing more than show up in court. Did not ever meet with me, discuss anything, and in the end told the DA to handle the sentencing. Let me think that I should keep the interlock for a year just in case...and then found out that I didn't have to have it until I lost the case so I ended up with that for two yr.
