Al Wheeler is a native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and before becoming a lawyer, held jobs from manual labor, to factory worker, and even in a Rock and Roll band as lead guitar player. Al could say "been there - done that" about most of the dangerous jobs in Oklahoma. He got an undergraduate degree in Music Education at the University of Central Oklahoma (then Central State University) while also working as a Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraiser.

Later, he started his own Real Estate Appraisal Firm as he entered Graduate School, earning a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Oklahoma City University Graduate School of Business in 1983. Who's Who In The South and Southwest has listed Al Wheeler continually since 1984. He is also in Who's Who in American Lawyers and Who's Who in American Finance and now acheiving a professional rating with the Martindale Hubbell lawyer's rating serivce.

Al yielded to his love and fascination with the law in 1986 and accepted an invitation from the Law School at Oklahoma City University to enter. Al met and excelled at every challenge encountered in Law School. As a member of the Moot Court Board, he received the "First Place in the Law School" award in the Competition. His honors are lenghty, but in short, include: Merit Scholar's Organization, Phi Delta Phi, a legal honors fraternity, Editor - Oklahoma City University Law Review, published works: American Bar Association - Real Property Trust Law Journal.
