Mr Acker is an adjuct professor of Federal Estate and Gift Taxation and of Federal Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates at Capital Law and Graduate Center, Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Acker is also a frequent lecturer for Ohio Continuing Education and other professional groups.
