We recently litigated a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment , in which our client was a widow with two small children. . Our client had attempted an amicable settlement with her adult stepchildrento no avail. The issue was the identity of the correct beneficiary of her deceased spouse'slife insurance policy. After six days of trial, the case was successfully resolved Diane Aisnworth and Zedrick Braden III were counsel for the widow, the plaintiff, and Leahy, Eisenberg, Lord, Biseell A& Brook and Anderson, Bennett represented Primerica Life Insurance Company, the adult stepchildren and the insurance broker, all of whom were named defendants.

Diane Ainsworth was appointed as an adjunct faculty-instructor at Northwestern University Law School in their trial advocacy program. Northwestern's trial advocacy program is currently rated as the Third Best Trial Advocacy Program in the Nation.
