Our clients range from corporate clients to individual clients from all walks of life and from varying parts of the world. While we hold ourselves as a full service firm, we do focus in the areas of immigration law, employment law, civil litigation (state and federal), and criminal defense (federal), family law, and business transactions (leases, sales agreements, and various business dealings with our small business clients). 

While we have served many clients, each one receives the personal service that comes from a small firm. Our clients can expect their attorney to personally handle their case. Ahmad Law Offices, P.C. makes itself accessible to clients and take prompt action on their instructions. We encourage our clients to communication via email or telephone whenever they have a question about their case. This allows us to keep costs down for both the firm and our clients, enabling us to offer flexible payment plans and reasonable fees. Uncertain or expensive legal fees compound that stress. Many of our services are offered for reasonable flat fees, giving clients the advantage of knowing what they have to budget for at the beginning of their case.

Effective Representation

The law firm's experienced guidance and skillful representation is based on years of representation before the various state and federal courts in both civil and criminal matters, the departments within the Department of Homeland Security including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) throughout the United States, U.S. consular offices throughout the world, the U.S. Department of Labor and state labor offices, and the U.S. Department of State's Visa Office. We also litigate cases before administrative law judges, administrative appellate bodies including the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the federal courts appeals.

While languages spoken are Spanish, French, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi.  Translation of other languages such as Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Czech, Dutch, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Latin, Marathi, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish is readily available.

Legal Staff's Dependability

The highly experienced paralegals at Ahmad Law Offices, P.C. are each assigned to individual cases to ensure that our clients' needs are met. At the outset of the case, the lawyer confers with the client - either in person or by conference call - to develop strategy and explain the process. The lawyer will play an active, hands-on role throughout the representation and notify his or her client of important developments. The  lawyer and paralegal review every pending matter at least monthly to ensure that all cases are progressing appropriately.

For corporations and other organizations for whom we handle multiple matters, Ahmad Law Offices, P.C. tailors the representation to suit the organization's needs. These programs may include in-house training or seminars or representation in other collateral legal matters. We also provide in-house training for employees involved in the immigration process and maintain a continuous line of communication with the company's representative regarding case status, special issues, and developments in the law.
