At Adams & Adams our fees and billing practice requires our clients to pay a retainer up front to commence our representation of a prospective client. The size of the retainer is typically related to the complexity of the particular case.
At Adams & Adams we bill our client's hourly based on how much time is requied to be spent on the particular case. Each of our clients receives a monthly itemized billing statement that shows how much time was spent on the case and what sort of work was done on the case for the past month.
