Hired Attorney

She was absolutely wonderful! Her expertise in the area, coupled with her skills during deposition (phenomenal)resulted in the case being settled right before trial, for almost exactly what we were seeking. If I am ever in need of an attorney again, Molly C. Lavin would be my first call!

Molly Lavin was very professional and knowledgeable. She responded promptly and courteously. Most of all, she was compassionate and caring. She listened to us and did not judge or jump to conclusions. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
