Denis Vogel is a criminal who deliberately obstructed justice in a rape trial in Manitowoc Co WI in 1985. He is a degenerate criminal and sociopath and you would be well advised to steer clear of any individual who has committed a criminal offense while in public office

Denis Vogel should have been disbarred years ago for willfully burying evidence and mishandling of cases. Disgusting that he even still has a law license.
