The firm of Cogdill Nichols Rein Wartelle Andrews has its origins in 1968, and has practiced in Everett, WA, since its inception. While the firm provides transactional and commercial representation for its clients, its emphasis is trial work. Members of the firm have represented plaintiffs and defendants, and individuals and corporations in major litigation throughout the State of Washington and in the Federal District Court of Western Washington. The firm's practice has always been injury and labor-related representing public sector labor unions and individuals as well as both public and private sector employers in the courts and before regulatory agencies. The firm maintains a very active professional negligence and personal injury practice. The firm's members and associates maintain membership in the Washington State and District of Columbia Bar Associations; Washington State Association for Justice and the Snohomish County Bar Association. Its members have worked both in Congress as a senior executive aide and in the Washington State House of Representatives.
