WILLIAMS is the Managing Partner of Williams & Williams, PSC, located in a historic building in Bothell, Washington. His practice focuses on eminent domain and the representation of special purpose districts. He has spoken at national conferences and has published articles on land acquisition, including co-authoring the Chapter on Eminent Domain in upcoming revision to the WSBA Real Property Desk Book. He has extensive experience in representing boards and commissions on matters involving real estate acquisition, public works projects, taxation, impact fees, and financing options. On behalf of private and public clients, serving as special counsel, he has defended and prosecuted eminent domain actions related to a variety of public works projects. Negotiated fire and emergency medical service mitigation packets on behalf of fire districts with Northridge and Blakelyridge UPDs outside of Redmond, WA, requiring a developer to build and equip a Fire Station serving the plan development.
