Josh handled the closing of my parent’s estate with respect, kindness, and efficiency. He orchestrated correspondences between three states (AZ, OH, & VA) and was still able to close within one year. He is professional yet personable, his rates and billing practices are impeccable, and I had full confidence in his judgement and guidance throughout the entire experience.
