Hired Attorney

DISCLAIMER: I did not hire her, witnessed a recent family member case. If you put children’s interests first, DO NOT hire her. If you’re immoral with a long list of custody violations willing to lie, present false claims, and drag 2 children aged 10 and 13 into court to testify then she's for you. I witnessed lies, false accusations, and child manipulation along with a GAL George Pearson (also horrible). Despite significant evidence, the father was threatened into an agreement, now 2 young children have less time with him and 6-year-old half-sibling and more time with a mother won’t follow a custody order. Violations included withholding children, no-notice moves, failing to accomplish education or provide medical care, and relentlessly lying about the dad and coaching the children to. Ms. Lemm played dirty and “won”, but no one with integrity would have done this or dragged children in. Proverbs 14:15 (NIV) “An honest witness does not deceive, but a false witness pours out lies.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
