Hired Attorney Mark W. Dellinger

A few months ago, after an emergency surgery, my 85-year-old father became permanently incapacitated. From one day to the next I was faced with finding really good, yet affordable nursing care for him, and making sure my 83-year-old mother was financially cared for as well. Mark walked me through the complicated maze of sorting out their finances, dealing with Social Services, and putting together an estate plan to ensure that both of them would be well taken care of. It was complicated and took some time to sort out, but Mark was wonderful at keeping me from panicking and finding strategies to maximize their estate. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
