The firm was founded by A. A. Bangel in 1915. His sons, Stanley J. Bangel and Herbert K. Bangel, joined him in 1947 and 1949. Bangel, Bangel & Bangel limits its practice to personal injury litigation. Its members are active in national, state, and local trial lawyers associations including the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. Two members have been President of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
