I have used this firm twice now. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal services. They are very professional (but not stuffy), highly respected locally, well informed of the law, and are excellent at what they do in the court room.

Mr. John Irving represented our minor child her charges could have seriously impacted her life for several years. He was able to negotiate with the courts for reasonable and meaningful punishment for her actions. He seemed to care about our daughter not just as a client but as a parent himself.

My attorney was wonderful. However, I felt she had so many cases that consultations were rushed and meetings were set up at the last minute. When we got to court she was outstanding.

We made an appointment weeks in advance to meet with an Attorney in The Irving Law Firm to draft a Prenuptial agreement in preparation for our marriage. When we arrived at the firms Arlington office, we received a call from their scheduler who was not on site stating that our appointment had been canceled. There was no reason given and no one from the firm even came out to the lobby to speak with us. I highly recommend you look for another law firm that is professional enough to keep its appointments, not cancel them the hour of the appointment.
