My scheduled consultation with Emily on May 3rd at 9:30 AM turned sour due to technical glitches with the Zoom link provided. Despite Emily's promise to investigate and provide an update, I received no follow-up communication. Shortly afterward, I received an automated text indicating a hold on their Probate department, leaving me perplexed. I called back and spoke to Rachel, who was seemingly unaware of the situation, assured me of a callback from Emily or Eunice, which never materialized. I called back again and spoke to Eunice and she mentioned a monthly review process and they decided that they can't take on anymore cases, leaving me frustrated that I wasn't informed prior to my appointment. The lack of communication is concerning, especially in legal matters. I cannot recommend this firm due to their unreliability. It's imperative to consider alternative options
