Dennis M. Hottell concentrates his practice in Matrimonial and Family Law. He has been litigating Family Law matters primarily in Arlington and Fairfax for more than thirty years. Donna Dougherty (Associate) born 1972; admitted to bar, 2005, Virginia. Education: Miami University; Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (J.D.). Ms. Dougherty brings a seasoned family law litigation practice to Hottell Malinowski Group with experience in all Northern Virginia jurisdictions. Ms. Dougherty has successfully represented clients in difficult cases involving custody and jurisdiction. She is involved in all aspects of the firm's litigation and agreements negotiation practice. Ms. Dougherty graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, served as treasurer for the Young Lawyers Section of the Fairfax Bar and resides in Bristow, Virginia with her husband and daughter. Cynthia Radomsky (Associate) born 1978; admitted to bar, 2005, Virginia. Education: University of Minnesota (B.A., 2001); William Mitchell College of Law (J.D., 2005). Successfully litigated many family law cases including several complex equitable distribution, custody and support trials in many Northern Virginia jurisdictions. Ms. Radomsky obtained her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law where she was a finalist in the Rosalie E. Wahl Moot Court Competition and a regional semi-finalist in the National Moot Court Competition. She currently serves as the vice chairperson on Fairfax Bar's Continuing Legal Education Committee and resides in Falls Church, Virginia.
