Dave’s a bottom of the barrel type of guy and for Judicial Dr. that isn’t saying much. He’ll fail to preform the most basic tasks like collecting all the debtors information before filing, this is a routine everywhere else but he’ll take your money and you can try again because as soon as you file the clock starts. Dave’s also an emotional guy for the wrong reasons and he’s not the hired gun type of guy. If you want a guy in a suit that can’t even jump off the ground like shoes in the air if you say jump. Somehow he went to UVA law school though but it’s combination of lazy and his morbid obesity that slows him down. If you want a slow runner Dave’s your guy.
HORRIBLE!!! Things changed the moment he got our money! We filed2 things in Bankruptcy and welp here we are with an denied appeal and a dismissed bankruptcy because of our attorney. And guess what his recommendation is oh just file again this is an easy fix. And the Clerks office told us your attorney did a horrible job, With that being said. I have compiled all our emails and and phone messages and all his I apologize I didn't get your message or see your call. We are about to file a moption with another attorney to show the negligence.
