Tom is an excellent lawyer and one of the nicest attorneys I have ever met. He took A lot of time with me to explain my chances and to go over all the facts and evidence. I felt very prepared for the trial day. When we got to the courthouse several lawyers came over to chat briefly with Tom. They all told me that he is the best and I was in good hands. It was obvious that he is well respected by other attorneys and even the judge. As it turned out he did a masterful job with my case and we received an acquittal from the jury in about 30 minutes. I hope I never get in any legal trouble again but if I do, Tom will be the person I will rely on for help.

I retained Tom for representation for a reckless driving (speed +20) citation in Fairfax county. I felt he did a horrendous job defending me. There were glaring holes in the prosection's case, all of which Tom ignored and conceded key points to the prosecution. Moreover, he later confessed that he did not even attempt to get the charges reduced! If you want a defense attorney who will fight for you, pick someone else. I believe Tom was more interested in making a quick buck than defending me!
