Robert A. Brazil (Associate) born 1965; admitted to bar, 1998, New Hampshire and U.S. District Court, District of New Hampshire 2009, Vermont. Brazil joins us from New Hampshire Legal Assistance where he was the manager of the northern offices of NHLA in Littleton and Berlin, NH, supervising two other attorneys and a support staff of four. Mr. Brazil was at NHLA for eight years, and his practice there focused on housing, general assistance benefits and family law. He also conducted legal checkup screenings at senior centers, and helped organize the North Country Housing Forum. Prior to his work at NHLA, he worked at Gawryl and MacAllister in Nashua, New Hampshire representing clients primarily in family matters, personal injury, real estate and business formation. Mr. Brazil received his B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New Hampshire College) in 1988 and his J.D., cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, MN. He was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire in 1998. Mr. Brazil was admitted to the Vermont Bar in June 2009.
