Debbie A. Robb (Member) admitted to bar, 1990, Utah, U.S. District Court, District of Utah and U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; 1994, U.S. Tax Court. Education: University of Utah (B.S., magna cum laude, 1987; J.D., 1990). Debbie A. Robb was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. Prior to law school, she was a professional tennis player, who traveled internationally playing in professional events including the U.S. Open. After her pro career, she graduated from the University of Utah, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and from the University of Utah School of Law with her juris doctor in 1990. Debbie has practiced law in the areas of civil litigation, business formation and business counseling and in estate planning, including wills, trusts and guardianships for clients in the LGBT community. She has successfully litigated numerous cases in both the State and Federal courts and is a member of the District Court, Appeals Court and Supreme Court Bars for State of Utah, the Federal District Court Bar for District of Utah 10th Circuit and the United States Supreme Court Bar. She is also a member of the Utah State Bar's Family Law, Estate Planning and Business sections. Debbie is passionate about assisting all clients with their estate planning and business needs and in particular helping the LGBT community to protect their interests and the interests of their loved ones. In addition to practicing law, Debbie is actively involved in committees and boards that assist at risk or low income youth. She enjoys tennis, golf, reading and raising her two young sons. She is also currently the managing director of the Liberty Park Tennis Center and she was recently inducted into the Utah Tennis Hall of Fame.
