My career has encompassed a wide range of legal work including the representation of the United States of America in some of the first asbestos cases filed by Pittsburgh Corning Corporation in the Eastern District of Texas. Additionally, I filed and successfully tried the first land condemnation cases in the Big Thicket national Preserve and West Hackberry Strategic Petroleum Reserve Projects. I have successfully represented numerous plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation in Federal and State Courts, as well as appeals to the United States Circuit Courts in cases involving insurance coverage questions and other civil matters.
