Rachel Reuter

On November 7th 1997, Ms. Reuter was admitted to practice law before all Texas Courts, and on April 30th 1998, she was admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. In May of 2001, Ms. Reuter was admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

Ms. Reuter began practicing as an associate for a litigation-intense firm, where she represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants before State and Federal Courts. She has tried numerous lawsuits dealing with contract disputes, employment discrimination, defamation, negligent hiring, negligent entrustment, wrongful termination, intellectual property rights, DTPA claims, products liability, personal injury, residential construction disputes, and premises liability.

Ms. Reuter lived in Washington DC for a number of years where she was a consultant for a government contracting firm. She drafted all forms of government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). She specialized in General Services Administration (GSA) solicitations.

Reuter is a member of various professional groups and associations including the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, SABA Litigation Section, SABA Construction Law Section, the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the San Antonio Women's Chamber of Commerce.
