Joel H. Klein & Associates is a "boutique" firm specializing in representing principally creditors in matters involving creditors rights (commercial collections, bankruptcy, business contracts and agreements, and secured transactions) and property taxation. Joel Klein has practiced in these fields since 1967 when he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law. Mr. Klein is also registered with the State of Texas as a senior property tax consultant, representing property owners throughout the State of Texas and the United States in regard to the property tax values, handling their cases from the beginning of the appraisal and assessment process, through appraisal district negotiations and hearings, and finally through State Court Appeal, if required.
