Allan is the used car salesmen of attorney. He is exactly the reason people despise lawyers. I hired him for paternity suit and had to fly into Texas from California for court. While there, he actually left me at the courthouse with the opposing lawyer to sign all the paperwork. I had no idea what I was doing and, after it was all done, found out months later the opposing lawyer screwed me over in the paperwork BECAUSE MY LAME LAWYER WASN'T THERE TO LOOK OUT FOR MY INTERESTS. He told me at one point, "hey just buy your son a Trans-Am when he is 18, and you've won." Wow, just wow. He is unscrupulous, dishonest and self-absorbed. Avoid at all costs.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
