The Monsour Law Firm was founded in 2006 by Douglas Monsour to focus on defective drug litigation and major personal injury cases involving wrongful death or severe and permanent injuries. We also handle select other cases which need a law firm capable on handling complex issues. Previously, Mr. Monsour had been a name partner in one of East Texas' largest plaintiff firms where he single handedly created and ran the mass tort division of that firm. Mr. Monsour used this expertise in forming The Monsour Law Firm.
