Stephen T. Smith (Managing Partner) born Houston, Texas; admitted to bar, 1992, Texas; U.S. District Court, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Education: Austin College (B.A., 1989); University of Houston (J.D., 1992). STEPHEN T. SMITH received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Austin College in 1989.
