Michael E. Clark, a partner with Hamel Bowers & Clark LLP, is an attorney, author, and academic. His national law practice involves federal court matters, including administrative, civil, and white collar defense--along with corporate governance matters, such as internal investigations and compliance. Mr. Clark developed and serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Pharmaceutical Law: Regulation of Research, Development, and Marketing (BNA/ABA Section of Health Law (2007) (now in supplementation).
