He is the developer and editor-in-chief of a treatise about pharmaceutical law jointly published in 2007 by BNA and the ABA Section of Health Law (which is now in supplementation); a member of the Planning Committee for the ABA's National Institute on Securities Fraud; the immediate past chair of the White Collar Committee of the ABA Section of Business Law; a member of the Governing Council of the ABA Section of Health Law; serves on the ABA-wide Standing Committee on Publishing Oversight; is an Adjunct Professor of Law and the University of Houston Law Center; and is a NITA faculty member.
