About Mr. Marc Stanley Whitehead, Esq.

Marc Whitehead is a Houston-based disability and insurance benefits attorney and the founder of Marc Whitehead & Associates, Attorneys at Law LLP, with offices across Texas and clients nationwide. Courtney Martin, Case Manager was the most understanding, caring, and devoted person that took the time with me and with thoroughly understanding all the aspects of my case and responding to my emails answering all my questions and concerns in reference to my disability case. Britney McDonald, Attorney has an incredible brilliant legal mind and possesses a skill to investigate the medical facts and to right the necessary briefs required to expedite disability claims. After waiting for several months to receive a response, I was ultimately informed that my case has been dropped. Throughout the process, there has been a noticeable deficiency in communication, with weeks passing before receiving replies to my emails. Despite my repeated inquiries regarding any necessary actions on my part, my requests were consistently denied. As a result of this unsatisfactory experience, I intend to report this law firm through all available channels.
