Since graduating first in his law school class in 1971, David T. Lopez has represented employees and applicants for employment in a wide variety of situations and at all levels of administrative agencies, state and federal courts. He is a frequent speaker at national and international professional seminars, and in 2002 was selected by Texas lawyers as the lawyer in Houston they would go to for a case involving an employee or applicant claim. Since 1995, he also has been active in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration of employment and commercial matters at the local, national and international levels, and he is on national and international panels of neutrals.
