Derrick M. Saulsberry (Managing Attorney, Houston General Law) born New Orleans, Louisiana, July 7, 1967; admitted to bar, 2003, Texas. Education: University of Houston (B.S., 1998); Texas Southern University (J.D., 2002). Mr. Saulsberry was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1986 where he served on active duty for six years. In 1992, after his active duty enlistment ended, Mr. Saulsberry relocated to Houston where he attended the University of Houston. John R. After graduating from Notre Dame Law School in 1989, John began his legal career handling cases in the field of railroad litigation. John continues to represent both injured railroad employees under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) and the victims of accidents at unsafe railroad crossings.
