Sullivan & Holston is the successor firm to Sullivan Ave & Holston and Woodburn & Sullivan, and Woodburn, Sullivan, Ave & Hayslett. The original firm was formed in 1975. It has focused its established practice in the business area with its primary focus on the substance areas of commercial transactions, real estate, corporations, bankruptcy, creditor's rights, probate, surety law and equipment leasing. The litigation practice includes all of these areas in both the trial and appellate levels. The trial lawyers are active in Federal and State courts. The business transactions lawyers help clients to structure and execute a wide variety of commercial and trial estate practice both in and out of the court system.
