Randy has litigated oil and gas-related disputes for nearly all of his career. He has for eleven years represented a Fortune 500 energy company owning a gas utility and transmission company together with an independent exploration company in disputes involving gas supply contracts, gas transmission contracts, pipeline easements, well damage claims, lease termination claims, failure to reasonably develop, royalty accounting claims, disputes under operating agreements, change of operator disputes; well and reservoir damage claims, bad faith pooling, title disputes, adverse possession, and trespass. He is currently representing clients involved in the Barnett-Shale exploration in Wise and Tarrant Counties in Texas.

As a real estate litigator, Randy has successfully represented clients in matters of title claims, breach of real estate sales contracts, construction defects, commercial lease disputes, evictions, foreclosures and community association disputes. As a commercial litigator, Mr. Grasso has successfully represented clients in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, deceptive trade practices, debtor-creditor disputes, and collections.

Randy Grasso is also an experienced claims analyst, decision analyst and risk evaluator. He has been a negotiator or settlement counsel for a variety of business and individual clients' needs. He is a Credentialed Advanced Mediator who has also mediated more than 220 disputes with approximately 80% success rate. He is also a commercial and construction arbitrator.
