    Experience includes insurance and commercial contracts, negotiation, and extensive general civil complex litigation in both federal and state courts, including, but not limited to, insurance coverage, subrogation and commercial litigation, products liability and mass torts, pharmaceutical, premises liability, professional malpractice, toxic tort and environmental, construction litigation, maritime and admiralty, and complex transportation. Litigation experience includes representing domestic and international insurance companies, adjusters, agents, and brokers in litigation involving bad faith and coverage related disputes. Practice also includes handling of excess and reinsurance matters, negotiation of insurance contracts and manuscript provisions, negotiating complex cost sharing agreements and related insurance matters on a domestic and international basis, including complex coverage issues. Experience in London market and in handling certain catastrophic losses and subrogated matters. Represented foreign underwriters in evaluation, coordination, and supervision of all product liability claims of well-known international corporations throughout North America, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Fundamentally responsible for the development of the domestic insurance defense/self insured litigation and complex insurance coverage practice at Kroll & Tract, L.L.P., the Houston office of a New York law firm that was an all service firm as respects the insurance industry on a domestic and international basis, including corporate and regulatory matters, winding down and/or creating of insurance companies, reinsurance matters, and broad range litigation and coverage matters.
