Free Initial Consultation Accepts Credit Cards (Main Office) INTRODUCTION Our business philosophy is simple and straightforward. We are advocates for fairness and justice for all, regardless of size, position, or wealth. Within the past year (2008), we represented a Fortune 500 banking institution in a banking case, a store clerk in a retaliation dispute, a billionaire in recovering assets, and an indigent accused of a crime. We are passionate about our work and become deeply and personally involved in the short and long term needs of our clients. Our hands-on approach puts us where the action is, whether that is a construction site, an assembly line, a suburban office or the courtroom. Kilgore & Kilgore has a team of highly qualified attorneys and a well-trained, skilled, support staff of paralegal and administrative personnel. We offer leading-edge technologies and a strong infrastructure, which allow us to provide the most effective solutions. We have earned a position of respect within the legal profession, the judicial system and the business world. We believe that size is relative only to our reputation. We are small enough to provide personal service and involvement, yet large enough to offer the experience and knowledge needed to be successful. EXPERIENCE COUNTS One of the oldest law firms in Dallas, we built our reputation on experience, versatility and education. Founded in 1948, we began our law practice in the oil field, quickly becoming one of the premiere oil and gas law firms in the Southwest. During the '60s and '70s, we expanded our client base to include banks and real estate developers. In the '80s, we became known for our representation of small businesses and entrepreneurs struggling to compete. During the '90s, we set ground-breaking precedents in employment law and antitrust. Today, we are a boutique litigation firm representing executives, inventors and investors. RESULTS ORIENTED We are proud of our track-record of achieving measurable results. The skills and tenacity of our lawyers have produced satisfying solutions in numerous cases including: An overtime class action case where we defended our client on a flexible-fee and reverse-contingency basis, A fraud claim against a vendor that resulted in the incarceration of the vendor and a million dollar judgment for our client, Ericsson, Inc., and A theft of trade secret claim against Mary Kay, Inc., for our client, Anisa International. LITIGATION AND APPEALS We are trial lawyers who have argued and appealed in all major courts, including the Supreme Court of Texas and the U.S. Supreme Court. We are adept and comfortable in the courtroom. We know how to make a case to a jury. When mediation fails, we can go to court and win. State-of-the-art multi-media presentations combined with experience on the judicial floors assures that a matter will be argued convincingly and competently. Our objective is to resolve the issue in our client's favor, and we will do all within our means to make it happen.
