Firm Profile:
The Holmes Firm traces its roots to July 1986 when founder Ronald L. Holmes opted out of a rapidly expanding, big firm practice in order to continue to provide relationship-based clients with the quality of work and response time they deserved. That practice philosophy continues almost two decades later.

The Holmes Firm is more than just a group of lawyers working on client files. We are dedicated, creative and responsible people committed to the highest professional standards of integrity in serving the sophisticated legal needs of discerning clients.

Our institutional lending clients and our entrepreneurial developer clients each benefit from our experience in representing both sides of the transactional table.

From large scale multi-use land developments, to acquisitions and sales of operating property portfolios, to virtually every other form of real estate development, construction, financing, investing and leasing, we provide mature, business minded experience and innovative approaches to add value to the real estate process.

The Holmes Firm believes that each of our clients, regardless of size, is entitled to be treated as if that client were our only client. Our clients, and their businesses, receive the personal, on time attention they deserve. We honor our commitments to you - every time. Why? We do not exist but for you.

In our business, being positive, fair-minded, and optimistically cautious while still effectively protecting and furthering the interests of our clients is often a challenge. The Holmes Firm meets that challenge. That is why we have the reputation of being deal makers, not deal killers.

The Holmes Firm: real estate lawyers who understand the real estate business from every angle.
