There is never a child custody case that doesn’t bring you to an emotional roller coaster of heartache and worry. She left the worrying up to herself and delivered results which were for the best interest of the child. She continuously and (personally) kept me informed and updated on our case on a weekly basis and she was extremely honest and very aggressive. I have never been happier with an attorney and the best part about it is that she is willing to work with you financially.
She is a good Attorney and she will fight for your rights.
This lawyer never finished our case. Never responded. Just took our money. Was never available in her office. Could never get hold of her. Case took 2 years and she never called us back.
My husband and I hired Brigida for an enforcement in a child custody case. She did not study the case, therefore, lost in court. She was trying to put dates together the morning of the trial, totally not prepared. We gave her another opportunity to correct the issue, she has yet to do so. This was in February 2016. She appeared once in court in September 2016, promised to re-file our case and has yet to do so. She does not return phone calls, nor does she respond to emails.
Never responded to emails and phone calls for requests for information.
Did not allows us to attend hearing. After hiring a new lawyer I believe she made serious mistakes. Client was my son Ryan.
