Hired Attorney

I am a pro se litigator in court proceedings. Michelle McPherson has served as my standby counsel, and I cannot say enough about the way she has carried herself in that role.It is not easy for an attorney with her level of skill, wisdom, and professionalism to have to take the backseat while a pro se litigant carries the case forward. But Michelle has handled her role with grace, patience, attentiveness, and excellence. She has stood by my side, stayed focused, taken detailed notes, listened carefully, and remained calm and professional even in difficult situations.what she may not know is that I was learning from her the whole time. I watched the way she paid attention, the way she wrote things down, the way she responded with a calm spirit, and the way she stayed steady even when things were hard. Her presence encouraged me more than she probably realizes. If anyone is wondering if there are any decent attorneys left who care about there clients more than money. Choose Mrs. McPherson

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
