Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I was very pleased with the results of my case after hiring Mr. Reed. With his expertise and with the help of his Paralegal assistant Monica Mendez, together we put together a package that to my surprise was approved in a very short timeframe after it was submitted. They helped alleviate any stress of dealing with the processing and filing of my claim which for most people would be overwhelming to say the least. If you want the best in the business with a positive outcome for your case I would highly recommend that you contact Attorney Greg Reed and Paralegal Monica Mendez for total peace of mind. You will be glad you did. R.D.
The team at Bemis, Roach & Reed, specifically Ms. Monica Mendez and Mr. Greg Reed provided guidance, communication and legal assistance at first class level. Going through the process was stressful until I contacted BR&R. From the moment I met Ms. Mendez and Mr. Reed I trusted the process. The guidance and communication from Ms. Mendez was timely and accurate. She is professional and compassionate. Her continued reassurance through-out the process was heartfelt. Each case is unique. Mr. Greg Reed was direct, action specific and approachable. His legal knowledge, timeliness, and deliverables are invaluable. I am thankful for BR&R.
Greg Reed and his support team were kind, professional and supportive from day one. This is a difficult process to go through and I thank God they were there to represent me. As I told them in my letter when I got my award notification, God Bless Them All! Jimmy V
Mr. Reed was so helpful with my SSDI case. After being denied the first two times by social security and filling out endless piles of paperwork, I feared I would never prevail. I have a rare medical condition, and Mr. Reed presented my case in such a way that it was easy to understand and showed what it was truly like to live with my condition. I do not feel we would have won our case without him there to explain everything so clearly.
Definitely recommend. I actually never even had to go into their office, except once to drop of paperwork (very nice office space by the way), and they helped me understand the whole process and helped me appeal my case twice and were willing to go that extra mile needed to help me if I had to go to court, which I did not. I got their referral from my doctors secretary which gave them a very high recommendation because her family members had just had a positive experience with them also. You can
I could not have navigated through the complexities and endless requirements for medical records had I not obtained the services of BRR. In particular, Greg Reed represented me, along with several outstanding and responsive paralegals (Craig and Monica). Having been denied twice for written applications for SSD, I was encouraged by the positive optimism by Gregg that I had a good shot at obtaining an appeal, and ultimately a chance at presenting my case in person to a administrative law judge.
Greg helped me survive the arduous 2 year disability application and appeal process; ending in a favorable SSDI hearing decision. Prior to our disability hearing, Greg met with us several times for hours to go through each and every disability question anticipated from the judge. He provided a lot of hand-holding for a very nerve-wracking process. I do not believe we would have won without his guidance. He is immensely qualified, dedicated, and understanding. He exceeded our expectations.
Greg Reed and Craig Roach were wonderful in helping with my disability case. Thank you to Mr. Reed for reminding me that all 30+ years I have worked, I paid into the very benefit I was applying for. Thank you both for your assistance, encouragement and hard work in getting my case presented to the judge. I will forever be grateful to Greg Reed for his presentation of my case, my health and my future to the judge and just how much my health has declined. I also want to say thank you to Craig for answering my questions, reassuring me of the process and helping me with my paperwork. Lastly, when Greg was asked for clarification, he went the extra mile to go through thousands of pages of health records for the judge to answer the questions she had asked to support my case. {para}I highly recommend Bemis, Roach and Reed for SSI/SSDI and any other legal needs you may have. {para}Sincerely,{para}Rachael P.
