Biography
For almost twenty years my practice has been limited to the representation of Texas offenders in matters before the Board of Pardons and Paroles. This includes representation in the parole review process and in parole revocation hearings. I have qualified as an expert witness in sentencing and parole matters; have testified in numerous legislatives hearings; have worked with the Parole Board's General Counsel in rule making matters and have participated in the state wide training of parole revocation hearing officers. I am a past Chair of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association's Committee on Sentencing and Paroles.
