Walker, Tipps & Malone PLC is a law firm located in Nashville, Tennessee, focusing exclusively on civil litigation. The firm was formed in January, 2000 by a group who formerly practiced with the litigation section of a large, well-regarded Nashville law firm. WTM represents individual, corporate, and institutional clients in Tennessee and throughout the United States. Our attorneys regularly practice before federal and state courts at both jury and non-jury trials and at appellate levels. They have extensive experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. WTM attorneys also represent clients in administrative matters before federal and state departments, agencies, boards, and commissions.

The fourteen attorneys at WTM concentrate their law practices in civil litigation and dispute resolution. Two of our attorneys are Fellows in the American College of Trial Lawyers and are also listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
