Free Initial Consultation Accepts Credit Cards (Main Office) After clerking for a federal judge and practicing with large law firms in Memphis for 15 years, Thomas Francis Jackson, III, a native of Memphis, established in 1983 the law firm of T. Frank Jackson. This firm was among the pioneers in the trend toward smaller law firms then being created by attorneys with backgrounds and experience with large law firms that were often impersonal and expensive. Our small firm, consisting of Mr. Jackson, a sole practitioner and his staff of assistants and consultants, has greatly reduced overhead and advanced electronics, which permit increased efficiency and, therefore, reasonable fees and expenses. We are thus able to provide prompt personalized responses, without sacrificing quality, to each client in many specialized areas of the law. We constantly and consistently contribute to the metropolitan region of the City of Memphis, pro bono for legal needs, and by supporting cultural offerings in order to improve the quality of life. Statement of PracticeWills and Probate, Trusts and Estates, Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, Retirement and Elder Law, Conservatorships and Guardianships, Business and Commercial Law, Consumer Law, Contract and Breach of Warranty, Business Organization and Operations and Trials in all Courts.
