In addition to state and federal trial and appellate courts, the firm regularly practices before the NLRB, EEOC, OFCCP, U.S. Department of Labor, and their corresponding state and local agencies. The firm emphasizes the practice of preventive employment law by assisting clients in crafting the proper policies, selecting the right people, providing them with training in legal compliance and good human relations practices, and creating a progressive people and profit oriented environment. While it is important for employers to comply with the ever-changing federal, state, and local requirements concerning such matters as disability and religious accommodation, affirmative action, drug testing, leave laws, mandated benefits, privacy, safety, and workforce reductions, the firm works with its clients to devise innovative forms of compliance that allow the business to retain maximum managerial flexibility.

The firm also has a broad based litigation practice, representing self insured general and sub-contractors, banks and financial institutions, retailers, pharmaceutical drug distributors, restaurant ownership groups, shopping centers and developers, trucking and transportation companies, manufacturers, municipalities and governmental entities.
