Hodges, Doughty and Carson dates back to 1931 with the partnership of J. H. Hodges and J. H. Doughty. Our present firm name was adopted in 1957 when Richard L. Carson joined the firm to form Hodges, Doughty and Carson. We have grown slowly but steadily over the years and are now made up of twenty five lawyers engaged in a diversified civil practice. Our aim is professional excellence in service to our clients. We are a full-service law firm providing a broad range of legal services to both national and local clients. We are engaged in a trial practice handling various types of cases including product liability, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, construction, arson, aviation, vehicular accidents and general liability. Our attorneys have extensive experience in both state and federal trial and appellate courts.
