Real Estate Experience: Closed Residential Real Estate transactions for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (Rural Development) from 1985 though today. From 1986-2000 under contract with the U.S. Department of Hud-Northwest Tennessee, to close their REO Properties. (Additionally closed for Hud REO Memphis, Tennessee properties for a short time period.) Currently subcontract with the HUD closing Attorney for West Tennessee to close Hud REO properties in the Jackson, Tennessee area. From 1986-present-Closes residential real estate transactions for the City of Jackson, Tennessee's Community Development Office, its Jackson Housing Authority sales and purchases, and Affordable Housing CDC sales and purchases. Also closes for most Banks and other Lenders in the Jackson, Tennessee, area. Has Experience in FHA and Conventional closings.
